Community Walks

We're excited to announce our six-week Community Walking programme thanks to funding from Meath Louth Sports Partnership. We will be opening up our Olympic-sized track to the community seven days a week for FREE during specific times.

Please find details of the programme below:

Program Duration: Six weeks

Commencing:  Wednesday 17th January

Ending: Sunday 25th February

Designated Walking Times:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
• Friday Evenings: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
• Sundays: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to enjoy a pleasant walk in a safe and secure environment, free from traffic, and illuminated for night-time walks.

• No pre-registration is required – simply turn up at your chosen time

Terms of Use

• The track is exclusively open for community walks during the designated hours.
• Beyond these specified hours, regular Pay As You Go track usage rules apply.
• Users are expected to be respectful towards Claremont Stadium staff.
• Individuals planning to utilize the track are kindly requested to wear appropriate walking footwear.
• Please show consideration for the stadium grounds while utilizing the track. Dispose of waste in the provided bins and refrain from walking on the football pitch.
• The walking of dogs or the presence of any animals on the track is strictly prohibited.
• Once the scheduled time for community walks concludes, users are urged to vacate the track.
